You will find the tutorials broken up into six sections:
- Raw beginner deals
with an overview of basic and programming principles in general
(no requirements)
- Beginner teaches
the basics of basic your first programs are written here
(requires section 1)
- Light user gets into
more depth of the basics your programs are almost useful
(requires sections 1&2)
- User mastering the
basics of basic, short simple programs are no problem after having completed this section
(requires section s1,2 & 3)
- Junior programmer
begin exploring the intricacies of Basic advanced graphics etc.
(requires sections 1,2,3 & 4)
- Programmer This is
it, once you complete this section you are done with learning from others, now you can
create
new tools, utilities and tutorials to help those that are still learning.
(Requires sections 1,2,3,4,5 & 6)
We feel that these divisions of the learning curve better represent the actual learning
process than the standard, beginner,
intermediate and expert divisions.
Remember, dont skip ahead! If you are a raw beginner dont skip the raw
beginner tutorials!
If you do you will cheat yourself out of the chance to become a really good programmer.
Programming isnt that hard, but you need to learn things in the proper order as the
first language
you learn can seem complicated and confusing.
